Rexburg has had quite the snowfall for a few weeks now. I think the worst of it came last night through today. I would leave my car parked in a parking lot for 2 hours at the most and come out and have it completely covered in snow! This morning was the worst! I went out to start my car so I could get to class on time. Turns out it decided to continue snowing through the night. The snow was up past the bottom of my door on my car! Crazy! Just as I was about to go start my car there was a girl right across the parking lot from me trying to get her car to reverse out of the parking lot. Well, after seeing her failing attempts to leave I got into my car a little discouraged and freezing from the snow I had to step in to get there. I got into my car and put it into reverse... to my surprise and happiness it reversed out of the parking spot with ease. Now it was time to make an attempt to leave the parking lot. I was feeling good... just going down the dip to leave when yup you guessed it I got stuck! Great.. what a perfect spot to get stuck, right where people come and go. Well, I put it back into reverse and backed up got a little moment to go forward and made it out onto the main street. Now the task was not to get stuck going up the hill past the temple and to the Clarke building. Good news was I made it there, bad news was there were many people getting stuck and sliding around up and down that hill. Talk about danger! It's like people don't how to work a snowplow in this town. Anyways, there is still snow piled up everywhere, in some spots it's higher than me. I need all the luck I can get here. There are plenty of drivers from other states that don't get snow that don't know how to drive in it driving here. Oh goody! Make sure you all stay safe and warm in this crazy weather!
Once in a while, right in the middle of ordinary life, love gives us a fairytale.

Out with the old and in with the new!
Hello! I know it has been a while since I posted, but as along with many others I have found that there isn't too much to post about. So, this is just as update of life so far. My Christmas break just seemed to fly by!! I spent some time with my family and it was great. We took some silly pictures and played some Just Dance. Spending time with them made it a little harder to come back to the frozen tundra that is my school.
Along with my Christmas break I went and saw the Salt Lake City temple lights for the first time ever in my life. It was amazing! Not as packed as I thought it would be. Everything was beautiful and there were so many lights!
Now onto New Years! I am glad it's a new year, but sad to leave some of 2012 behind. There were some good times and some bad times, but I am really excited to see what 2013 has in store for me. Make sure to get those resolutions running!
Well, now I am back at school in the negative degree weather. I rarely go outside and when I do it's to run to my car. School keeps me really really busy and sometimes I'm not quite sure how to get it all done, but I manage. I'm grateful for fantastic family and friends always! Until next time!

Welcome to Finals Week...and May the Odds be Ever in Your Favor!
So, it's the last week of the semester and I am allowing my brain a small break before it explodes from the overload of information it is being forced to keep...yup it does that to ya! With all the finals going on things get a bit crazy... not to mention we have white glove check for our apartment coming up at the end of the week which means our apartment has to be spotless! It looks like some really late nights are ahead of me. Before we get into all that lets talk about how we try to keep our spirits up during all of this. Rexburg has some gorgeous sunsets and this one imparticular was so beautiful... the picture does not do it justice.
At least we can still have a sense of humor during finals! No worries though! I will make it through this week and then I'll be home for Christmas break by the weekend and then on to new adventures! I'll keep ya posted! Have a great rest of your week!
Well, it is the Christmas season and I think there might be some mistletoe around here somewhere...
Nick and I also took a trip to Mesa Falls which is about 40 minutes from Rexburg. It was super pretty. Cold but a lot of fun. Also I am dating a goofball but its so much fun!
Now to how damaging finals can be... We fall asleep in weird places and in weird positions... we need to get rest somewhere right?!

Collect Moments Not Things.
Happy November! It is crazy how fast the rest of this year is flying by. I'm already half way done with my fall semester and I think I'm starting to feel the time crunch. Even in the crazy business of life we cannot forget to make time for the small things. Taking walks on a beautiful fall day, watching the sunset, and spending time with the people that matter most to you. Well, I think it is time to play catch up on the most recent events that have happened in life.

I was able to attend the temple open house in Boise. It was such an amazing thing to be able to see. It was a very special moment for me because that has been the temple that I have grown up with. It was amazing to be able to go in and see all of it. I had only been able to see the baptismal fount ever since I turned twelve so to be able to see more of it was absolutely amazing. It was such a beautiful day when we went too. The sun was out and the trees were all such a beautiful color.
Later that day we went to Kathryn Albertson park and walked around to look at the scenery. It was so beautiful! A perfect fall day! We also went to the MK Nature center which was also springing with wildlife and beautiful fall colors.
We also played some fun board games that consisted of embarrassing ourselves and being silly. We can't forget to leave out Just Dance. Nick and Teil did some crazy Skrillex song which was really cool to see. I was also really glad to see everyone in my ward. It was really great to be back. Later on in October around Halloween time there were some crazy girls that were dressed up to look all dead that showed up at the door and so we got some pictures of them and Nicks roommate Jordan. We also had our ward Halloween party. It was a lot of fun to see everyone get dressed up. It was also a great way to get to know new people.
Also in the month of October me, Nick, and his parents went down to Utah to get a car that he was thinking about buying. While we were down there his mom really wanted to go to the quilted bear(craft shop for those of you who don't know). We had a lot of fun walking around. While we were walking around we found this giant bear and decided to take a picture with it. The funny thing was that the lady that was going to take the picture didn't know how to work my phone and ended up taking videos......haha awkward. Luckily I was able to get a photo out of the video.

I was able to visit Boise again just this past weekend and it was a lot of fun. Saturday we went to a hockey game and it was the first one that Nick had ever been too. He really liked it! The best part of it was we won! I miss my family a lot but it was good to see them even for the short time that I did see them.
All in all life has been treating me very well. I am very grateful for all of my blessings and great people that i have in my life. I feel very blessed. I'll be sure to keep this updated! If I don't see you before have a great Thanksgiving and make sure to eat a lot of food!

Summer Wrap Up!
So it's been a while since I last posted anything on here so I'm going to put everything that has happened since my last post so it'll be a little long sorry for that.
First off we had our Cluff Family Reunion. Every year we have family skits and our family did a skit that was pretty funny. My computer is having trouble uploading the video so maybe sometime else I'll try uploading it again. Our skit was a dance, but midget style so Gabby was the feet and body while my mom her stood behind her was the arms and then Teil was the arms for Skye and I was the arms for Austin. It was a really funny skit so I hope I can upload it soon. Well, I do have some pictures from our reunion that are here. :)
On our way up to the reunion we were driving through mountain home and there was a huge fire! |

Our family! Missing troy, nathan and mickie and family, and alex, and john |
Soon after family reunion I went to Utah to visit my cousin at byu and pick up Jordan to bring her back to Boise :) We had a lot of fun. Not sure what Sidney's friends thought of us though! On our way home Jordan and I stopped off at Lagoon and spent a little while there. We went on the sky coaster and it was a lot of fun!
Jordans hand came outta no where! |
After my trip to Utah Hannah came back from Rexburg and I picked her up to take her to Melba! It was so good seeing her! Alli also came through Boise on her way to an Alaskan cruise! She stayed the night and we had some good talks! Got us looking forward to fall semester and all the fun we are going to have!
Now it is the final trip of my summer. Nathan and Mickie couldn't make it to our family reunion, but they came by a few weeks after to visit everyone. I went back to Kentucky with them for two weeks! It was so much fun and just nice to get out of Idaho for a while. I love that side of the country! The drive was around 30 plus hours, but we all made it pretty sane I think :) Our one night in the car and the girls crashed out in the middle seat.

We went to Costco and Elijah liked that the bear was taller than him. Crazy to think we have three of these bears in our house. |
A beautiful sunset :) |

I love these guys :) |
Now that I'm back we decided it was due time for some family pictures. So this past sunday we went to Kathryn Albertson Park and took some family pictures. Tiana took these for us and they are great! We had a lot of fun taking them!
I got stung by a bee :( |
Does this explain why our family is the way it is? :) |
So as you can see we had a lot of fun with our pictures :) Again sorry for the length of the post! I'll keep up on it better! I leave for school in a week and then it'll be on to another year of school and a new chapter of life. Updates will come along with that :)
